Absolutely wonderful feature. It was nice to walk around and discover different lots. It worked seamlessly.

Loved it. It is almost like like being there in person. Just 1 question. Do you have a list anywhere off the items in a particular sale? Example. I collect Dinky Toys & sometimes I won't want to look through the entire house to see if you have any of them in this sale. It would be nice to just check a list of contents first & then I could go straight to anything I was interested in. This is nice. Thanks.

I cannot determine if there is a basement or see one. Otherwise the virtual concept is excellent.

Clicking on the doll house or floor plan will give you the ability to jump (virtually) to various floors.

Not sure if you clicked on the circles - that will give you the title, description and link to the auction listing.

Very cool once you locate and use the navigation icons (on the left side, at the bottom of the screen) that let you choose a floor and show you the floor plan of the house. The zoom tool displays excellent detail, like picking the object up and holding it a foot away from yourself. Movement is simple and there is very little distortion. I'll bet the VR mode is stunning.

I found this a very complicated feature to navigate.

Takes a bit of practice for sure... we haven't tried it on VR - but it would be like you were in the house with the VR feature!

It certainly will help MaxSold keep bidders interested and involved. However, I like it when the bidding stays low, so I don't care for it :)

I hope that this will not be a replacement for the cataloguing and photography work that the Maxsold team provides on site. This can be a nice complement to the seller's catalogue but it can't replace the information which can be provided by first hand experiential senses.

I think it's brilliant.
The more technology can be used, the better for many people.
However, many people still shun technology so it's probably still important to maintain the current way to view and bid as well as utilize this method .. which I love.

This is great idea for buyers so that they know what help they need to remove the items from the home. For a seller, I would be concerned. Will it show items not for sale such as expensive art on the wall or electronics? Could it possibility show vulnerabilities in the home's security (e.g. broken window, no security system, window that doesn't close properly, etc.). From this example, I didn't see a security system but it does have Emerson thermostat in the living room with a reading of 20 degrees. I also saw a key in the deadbolt. If I can see those things, can what else will I be able to see?

Security is for sure a concern - we didn't publish the address of the auction for that reason while the auction was online; and the link was shared with a selected group of bidders in a split test. However, we see your point. Even after ther auction there could be a vulnerability. There is a risk with anything - at the end of the day it's how we can minimize the risk and if the risk has an acceptable reward trade-off.

This was very cool. I loved it. I feel like if past auctions were like this, I may have looked at more because it was interactive and kept me interested, and I got a better idea of each individual item. Great!

It's a great new tool. It takes a little practice getting used to. I would also be concerned as the seller, if I weren't moving, about security. If you use this in conjunction with the way you list items now, I like it very much. If you just replace the old way with this, I'm not sure I like it. You can't really check the details of the item, like cracks in a glass shade, for instance.

This is great, security issues will be easy to rectify. These programs usually have a feature to blur out areas with a tool. Conspiring RE firms do this also there have to have been steps taken on this issue.RE firm or software developer is the one to ask. bidding is going to be more competitive and not going to find overlooked treasures in "and more"

Love it because we can see the items in 3d and put size into context as well, something that is really hard to do when you are not very good at visualizing. Great initiative, thank you! The experience will be even more fun.

Excellent idea and great that it links out to the more familiar catalogue. This house is clean, tidy and well-organized, this is not always the case. Would this be for "qualifying" scenarios only?

Technology is amazing. You will still need to offer both options as some sales are no longer in the original house. Overall love the concept and how you can see everything in perspective to how it was used in the home. Gives the buyer a way to put everything in perspective so they will want to bid more!

Interesting concept but do you really want to show overcrowded or hoarder situations? This house was basically empty compared to many, how would the idea work in a downsizing where the seller is keeping half the items in the house?

I am very happy to see the ruler icon. I have suggested to MaxSold for > 2 years that all items should include the measurements. The only drawback I can see is that one person's logic for the room placement of items may not be another's. Perhaps I think something belongs in a garage but MS has it in the basement. Sometimes a search for a specific item is easier.

I think this definitely adds a good layer. Very often, especially the seller run auctions, picture quality is poor, it is hard to get a scale of things, and looking at the lots, even on a grid is not always an effective way to find things. Buyers who are into particular looks will really like this feature. It is easy to see the seller's style, which could help byers either quickly move on or really dive in.

I think this is a GENIUS idea. Especially nowadays with COVID19 around. I can see the measurements, I can see different angles and how is the item fit in a room... etc. Kudos for the team who worked on this! Happy new year MAXSOLD! <3
