Very informative video. However, I would like to bring up a couple of concerns. 1 - many "narrow interest" items that sell for $1 are rarely ever picked up by the buyers. This leaves the sellers with items they have to dispose of somehow. Many sellers are upset or angry when this happens, and it puts the MaxSold employees at pickup in a very uncomfortable position. 2 - If our policy is to never say no, how do we address sellers that put undesirable items in the auction (stained sofas, broken furniture) which wind up getting no bids? Again, they are left with items they need to dispose of.

Very well said. Everyone should watch this (even watch it twice) it is the basis of what we do and why, without getting caught up on the little things, the exceptions and anomalies. Big picture benefits!
